Just going through my story archives and Im so lucky I still have this video!

This was the first time I had Nashville Hot Chicken in a restaurant and it was at in Vancouver. My mind was blown at this point and this is when I knew eventually Cardiff needed a hot chicken restaurant.

I sent an email asking if I could stage and learn how to do it but it must have sounded like a scam email so I learnt it the hard way.

Wouldn't have changed it for anything.

It's a Long video folks but one worth watching to get nuance!

Here's a TLDW version:

We needed a bigger site but not 2 sites in a city as small as Cardiff.

Leases coming to an end.

Logistical nightmare.

Trying to be smart not ego driven.

Hopefully we can focus on F&F in different cities (hit us up with any great ideas)

Hopefully we can get something cool in Cathays.

Please go to canton and support in anyway you can (reviews, posts, likes etc.)
