Originating in Bengal and now enjoyed throughout South Asia, Jalfrezi takes its name from the Bengali words meaning “hot-fry”. 🌶️

It’s made by stir-frying your choice of meat, fish, paneer or vegetables with green chillies, peppers and onions, before being finished in a thick, spicy sauce. A classic dish with plenty of heat and plenty of flavour. 🔥
