Pistachop Lamb Chops
Inspired by Wales. With beautiful locally sourced lamb, elements of the Welsh flag on the dish stacked as high as Yr Wyddfa.

Pan-seared French cut lamb chops coated with pistachio, herbs and spices.
Served with Asparagus, mashed potato and pomegranate drizzle.
