We now have our very own Cùil house blend, roasted by our glorious neighbours at Caora Dhubh Coffee Company 👌🏼 This is our own unique blend, and it’s very special indeed…
Our new house roast is using coffee beans from the Rwandan Mbilima Women. The beans are produced by a dedicated alliance of female farmers within the Dukunde Kawa cooperative, whose coffee is kept and sold separately so the premium it earns goes directly to the women and their families.
So from one female founded team to another, thank you ☕️💗

Looking back over the last 7 months since the Café Cùil Cookbook was first held in my hands, it’s hard to believe the amount of fun that’s come from it!
The amount of kind messages and positive feedback about my recipes has been overwhelming, along the epic UK tour which took me all over the country, to meeting Cafe Cùil fans out in NYC during my Scottish lunch hosted by James Beard Foundation 🫶
