Our customer was wondering how they were getting through so much coffee, when I removed this grinders base panel, I found the answer! A broken hopper was allowing whole beans to fall inside the body. While all three nuts fixing the motor to the body where missing, meaning the motor was just hanging in the machine and allowing most of the ground coffee to fall into the body!
