Guess what’s back? SEGEDÍN !

👍 The most popular Winter Special last year, Segedín, will have a permanent place on our Winter Menu which arrives at the Hilltop Bistro next week.

🧡 But some of our loyal devotees are booked in this weekend and can’t make it any other time this year, so on their request we’re having it as a Special this week.

🧡 Segedín is a much-loved Central European comfort dish: tender pork slowly cooked in a rich, creamy paprika sauce and sauerkraut. Warming, hearty and full of flavour.

🧡 Our sauerkraut is made right here at PAUS, fermenting in special barrels gifted by Alexandra’s dad, and you can see them on the counter in the Bistro.

👌 The whole dish has that unmistakable feeling of home, and we’ve lost the count of comments from people saying:

Ako od babičky!
Just like our nana used to make it!

A gentle reminder…

☝️ This Thursday is our last long Thursday until March, with Pizza & Fire in the Bistro and bathing until 8pm. If the forecast holds, we’re in for some beautiful sunsets this week.

☝️ From next Thursday, 5 November, we’ll be switching to our winter schedule, closing at 6pm instead of 8pm on Thursdays .

👍 Friday & weekends opening hours remain unchanged.

☝️ Also, starting next week, our Thursday afternoon ICE O’CLOCK moves to Fridays at 5pm — so you wont be missing out.

🙏 Make the most of this last long Thursday. Book your Full Bathing Experience now via the link in the bio and enjoy those extra hours of warmth, water and sunset.

☝️ For saunas, no advance booking is needed — just grab your towel and pop in.

We’re switching to our usual Winter schedule soon:

💛 From November
Thursdays will finish at 6pm instead of 8pm. Fridays remain open until 8pm.
Thursdays Ice O’Clock:
10am - no change
5pm - moved to Fridays, same time
No Pizza&Fire evenings on Thursdays

We’ll be welcoming you on Friday 1, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 January, from 10am to 6pm. Details about the much loved additions to our regular experiences, as well as a few new things aimed to bring a smile on your face and warmth to your heart will be revealed shortly

🩷 Our last trading day before the annual maintenance break will be Sunday 31 January.

🌱 We’ll be back on Thursday 11 March, ready to welcome you into the lighter days of spring.

From then, our regular schedule returns:

Saturday & Sunday: 10am–6pm

So, if a little outdoor bathing is on your autumn or winter wish list, we’d love to see you before our break.

🍕 Generously sized for sharing—or perfect when you’re extra hungry after a missed lunch. In that case, a pint of original is a must.

🌅And for all our new friends here… October is made for lingering, therefore
Thursdays & Fridays are our longer bathing days, giving you plenty of time for a sunset sauna, steaming bath and cold plunge, before settling in for pizza by the fire.

🔥 One little October reminder: this is the last month for longer Thursdays.

From November, Friday will be our only late day, when bathing finishes at 8pm.
