Remember when we said event catering is a gamble… well we gambled big with how much stock we bought for Trentfest and we still have a fair amount left. Add into that the weather absolutely roasting us and putting a temporary pause on Dough-It-Yourself orders, we find ourselves unable to bear working in front of a 450 degree pizza oven but also with a lot of chippy stock to shift…

So, we will be doing Craving Chippy today (Wednesday 24th June) and tomorrow (Thursday 25th June) 11:30-2:30 outside our unit in Calverton (Unit 10 Hill Crest Park, NG14 6QJ)

Come down, help us not have to bin ££££ worth of stock and treat yourself to a chippy lunch so you can pretend you’re at the seaside 🌞

Hello everyone! So with the predicted temperatures this week we are putting a hold on orders going out.

So sorry about this but too much food will be spoilt in transit (we lose enough when it’s not hot!)

If you are happy to wait, we will send these out as soon as possible, if not, please email and I can process a refund.

Thanks to everyone who visited us over the last few days at Trentfest! Craving Chippy’s first official “big” event and Lauren took our new hoodies for a road test once the sun had gone in. Getting some warmer uniform was a condition of her coming back to any event with me just in case we ever have to sleep in the van again… it’s nearly long enough to double up as a sleeping bag 😆

Last day of Trentfest and teaching Rory the ropes. Pretty sure he’s going to outspend the takings though as there’s an on site toy shop 🫠

The sun is definitely out 🌞 and we’ve brought the good vibes with us for Trentfest 😎

It’s Craving Chippy’s first proper outing so come and find us this weekend for fish & chips with Matt’s very own homemade mushy peas along with our other chippy faves and cold drinks
