So after I threw a wobbly the other night, I’ve had a lot of lovely messages emails and texts from some of our customers, and it’s really meant a lot.

Furthermore I’ve also had a lot of feedback re stopping DIY pizzas, and it’s clear how much they mean to you all, which I honestly didn’t realise. This coupled with the record sales day we had yesterday has made me feel pretty bad about stopping the service.

Looking back, the other night it felt everyone was against me, but I guess that’s just me overthinking things because of what’s going on in my life at the moment. I have really tried to not let my personal matters affect business, and I was doing ok until Tuesday night, and I apologise for the way I handled the situation.

Being coeliac myself, I have a lot of passion for this business, what I do, and what I hope to do for fellow coeliacs and the gluten intolerant. I have put a lot into this business just not financially, but emotionally and physically, because it means a lot to me. I want to show people that being coeliac isn’t *as* bad as they perhaps once thought.

I am continuing to research ways of making DIY pizzas financially viable, and also how to work towards providing a more reliable and friendly service with better communication, but whilst this happens, we will be stopping orders and taking a break from DIY pizzas, with the last dispatch date being Weds 9th September.
