Left behind in Cafe Rose over the weekend. If this is yours let me know and we can arrange for you to call and collect 😊

I think this was my favourite ever post in all our years on Main Street.
Do you remember our old yellow bike?
Still makes me laugh 😅

*** MISSING believed stolen***

So our beloved bicycle display has gone missing!!

At some stage last night this was taken from Main Street in Caledon.
Perhaps the person was stuck for a lift home and decided these two wheels were better than none!
As you can see it is very distinctive looking and
whoever it was wouldn’t have got far as the wheels were in need of some attention and the brakes didn’t work that well either.
The saddle was also missing so I hope they mounted it gently.😖🚑
So folks if you maybe spy this lying in a ditch somewhere approach with caution as there may be an ar****le attached!

As we prepare to close the doors at the end of the month, it’s time for a little treasure hunt! 😊
We are selling absolutely everything, from the quirky little Knick knacks to lights, tables, chairs and everything in between.
There are bargains to be found where you’re looking something for your home, business, garden or just fancy having a little piece of Cafe Rose history.
Nothing is being kept, so if you see something you like just ask!
Why don’t you pop in, have a look round and see what catches your eye 😊

Just 4 weeks until Cafe Rose closes its doors & we thought we’d continue with more little trips down memory lane🥰
Through many seasons, years, changes and challenges, there’s barely a corner that hasn’t been worked on, improved, paired, repaired, renovated or completely transformed over the years.
We survived a devastating fire🔥, covid and several deep recessions.
We overcame rising costs, difficult times and plenty of moments when it would have been easier to give up.
We kept going, kept changing, created new spaces and always tried to make Cafe Rose better than it was the year before.
Behind every picture there were hours of hard work, countless decisions, a few arguments maybe 😆, plenty of dust and mess at times but most of all an enormous amount of love ❤️
We had celebrations, parties, music and dance, many laughs, an odd disaster but most of all we had you.
We remember all of you who became friends, those we lost along the way 😥, those who helped and supported us always and all the good times and laugh out loud moments ❤️

With much love
Ann

Just a little heads up people!

Next weekend the lovely Shannon is being whisked away for her hen party 🎉 🐓
As a result we won’t be opening Cafe August 27th - August 30th and that means our remaining time at Cafe Rose is very very limited.🥹

With our closing date of SEPT 26th fast approaching there aren’t many opportunities left to call in for your favourite breakfast or treat yourself to some of Shannon’s amazing bakes 😋

So if you’ve been meaning to visit us one last time, don’t leave it too long.😊
We’ll be back open as normal after the hen weekend and would absolutely love to see as many of you as possible over the last few weeks ☕️🍰

Much love
Ann
