A vibrant celebration of food, drink and culture on the North Coast

The Giant Bushmills Bake Off is on its way. In a couple of weeks as part of the annual festival:
📆 Saturday 3rd October
📍Dunluce Parish centre,Bushmills
⏰Timings : 10.30-12 drop off entries
2pm Judging
2.30pm Winners announced
🥇Prizes and certificates for all winners.
⭐️Are you a Star baker or a great Jam maker?
Is your wheaten loaf,Shortbread or sponge cake the best?
Why not enter The Giant Bushmills Bake Off!
Entries are made at home and delivered to the Dunluce parish hall for display and judging. Lots of different categories including kiddies entries. Great fun for all.

I had a fantastic time today representing Tartine at Distillers Arms in Antrim Castle Gardens for the Ireland Garden Show. Wh***ey and Orange glazed Sea trout was on the demo menu with a warm quinoa,fennel and tomato salad. Great crowds and the event was buzzing. Thanks to Food NI for the invite. The show runs all weekend 🌺
