We are a dog friendly, traditional pub that's ideal for that homemade meal you're craving for. Our bar has a selection of JW Lees cask ales, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Keeping with our traditional theme, we also offer a wide variety of locally sourced, traditional home-cook food that is available in both our bar and restaurant areas, and is served Mon-Sat 12-8.30pm & Sun 12-7pm. We are open for brunch Mon-Fri from 9am-11.30am and Sat from 10am-11.30am

We also offer afternoon tea Monday to Saturday 2.30pm-5.30pm (with 24hr notice)

We have 8 en-suite rooms offering Freeview tv, tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryers. A delicious full English breakfast can be included in the price to start your day off right.

Calling all Mini Banshees, Tiny Vampires and Teeny We**ie Were-Pups it's time to descend on The Haunted Red Lion again for our annual Mini Banshee Bash! Celebrate this Halloween with Spooky Snacks, Gory Games, Fiendish Face Painting and Ghoulish Goodie bags. So put those scary outfits on and join us on Saturday 31st October from 9.30am for the Mini Banshee Brunch.

Zombie Adults can graze on our Brunch menu while the Teeny Terrors enjoy the spooky entertainment and terrifying buffet.
