🩷We wanted to share a quick update with you 🩷
After six months in our new space (and lots of great coffee along the way), we’ve taken a close look at our costs. While we’ve worked hard to keep our prices steady for the last two years, we need to make sure we are keeping everything sustainable.
One of the biggest factors is VAT, which takes up around 10% of our revenue. On top of that, although many of our ingredients aren’t VAT-rated, we still need to apply it to what we sell, which adds to the challenge! 😩
With that in mind, we’ll be introducing a small additional charge for oat milk and coconut milk. 🥛🥥
We’re continuing to review everything behind the scenes to keep prices as fair as possible, and we truly appreciate your support as we navigate this.
To EVERY customer that has visited or ordered our coffee online, we want to say. a HUGE thank you for being part of what we do and enabling us to push forward and grow.
