🌙 I should probably say GOOD MORNING everyone… but technically it’s still good evening because I haven’t actually gone to bed yet! 😂

Anyway… this one might be one for the history books.

Tycjan has actually told me I’m allowed to do a deal on steaks tomorrow night. 🥩

His deal?

TWO 10oz SIRLOIN STEAKS + A BOTTLE OF W**E FOR £55

Lovely.

Except… I’m going to ignore him. 😂

Because £55 sounds far too sensible, and because I find it entertaining winding him up, I’m doing:

Happy Tuesday, wonderful people! ❤️

Right then… the specials are back, and they’ll be available from tomorrow lunchtime!

And even better (or possibly slightly concerning 😂), Tycjan and Adam are double teaming the kitchen again, so come along, grab a table and witness the carnage!

This week we’ve got some absolute beauties:

🥩 1kg Côte de Boeuf – £55
A whopping 1kg bone-in steak with hand-cut chips, roasted vine tomatoes, garlic mushroom, crispy onion rings and your choice of peppercorn, Stilton or red w**e jus.

🐟 Pan-Roasted Sea Bass – £24
Crispy-skinned sea bass with buttery crushed new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, roasted cherry tomatoes and lemon, caper & parsley butter.

🦪 Pan-Seared King Scallops & Crispy Pork Belly – £26
King scallops with slow-cooked crispy pork belly, cauliflower purée, black pudding crumb and c***r jus.

🌱 Wild Mushroom, Spinach & Blue Cheese Wellington – £20
Golden puff pastry packed with wild mushrooms, spinach and blue cheese, with creamy mash, seasonal greens and red w**e & thyme gravy.

🍖 Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder – £24
Tender slow-braised lamb shoulder with Dijon mustard mash, honey-roasted root vegetables, crispy leeks and rich rosemary gravy.

Now THAT is a specials board! 🤤

You ALL turned up. Nobody booked a table. The kitchen got absolutely battered… and somehow we survived! 😂

So obviously, we’re doing it all again tomorrow. 🤦‍♂️

Why don’t you come down and try our NEW Twix Hot Chocolate?!
