Friday evening we did a wine tasting dinner with rare fillet of beef and it went down a treat!!!!!
We did a smoked salmon and dill tart with cream cheese and herb dressing, rare fillet of beef with buttered new potatoes with mint. Served with Mediterranean veg salad and tomato and mozzarella and basil salad.
Finished off with homemade strawberry cheesecake.

Wow what a wedding!! On Friday we did canapés and a 2 course ploughman’s lunch with desserts for 160 plus an evening hog with all the trimmings for 270!
17 tables served 2 courses plus prosseco served for speeches in under 2 hours thanks to my amazing team!!!

Our first wedding was on Thursday at Walton Castle, Clevedon for 65 people. They had a bespoke ploughman’s buffet then pizza in the evening!
