For the past 7 years, Paige has been an integral part of our team, helping to keep everything running smoothly across The Canary Shed, The Parlour Café, and The Clockwork Hotel.

As our Hospitality Manager, Paige works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and every department operates seamlessly. Whether she's welcoming guests, supporting the team, or solving problems before anyone even notices them, her dedication shines through in everything she does.

If you've visited any of our venues, chances are you've met Paige and experienced firsthand the care, effort, and passion she brings to her role every single day.

She's also the creative force behind many of the cocktails served at The Canary Shed and The Clockwork Hotel constantly refining recipes and perfecting new drinks for our guests to enjoy. And yes — she makes a seriously good cocktail! 🍸

We're incredibly grateful for everything Paige does and proud to have her as such a valued part of our team. Thank you for 7 amazing years, Paige. ❤️
