We didn’t set out to just open another coffee shop.
Mnesic was built on a simple belief
coffee should be remembered.
Not just drunk and forgotten… but experienced.
The kind of coffee that stays with you in taste, in feeling, in routine.
Where it started
Mnesic began with a clear frustration.
Too many coffees tasted the same.
Too many shops focused on speed over substance.
And too often, once milk was added, the coffee disappeared completely.
So we went back to basics.
We asked what should coffee actually taste like. How should it make us feel & how can we can we keep it consistent.
What we built
We didn’t create a menu.
We built a system.
Two blends. Two experiences.

Mnesic Organic - smooth, balanced, comforting… what we call the internal hug
No confusion. No overcomplication.
