We are very, very excited to welcome this fab duo to Northcott on Sunday! The perfect chilled out, laid back cornish coast folk music for a dream afternoon 🌊 shout out to Spare Peg Records for setting up a networking event a couple of weeks ago which gave us the chance to meet Stan properly + get something in the works ✌🏼plus Ben Banford for all his hard work promoting grass roots folk music in Bude.

Thought you better already excited? You knew nothing, because Sunday also see the very long anticipated return of SMOKO BARBECUE 🎉 he’s back from a stint in Canada + ready to tantalise your tastebuds once again.

will be bringing his brand of hip-hop folk pop back to Northcott this Saturday ✌🏼 A brilliant singer/songwriter from the South West, his music is also inspired by his world travels. You can expect to hear everything from his catchy originals to Jessie J covers!

Sam will also be cooking up a katsu storm in our kitchen to accompany this wonderful afternoon 🍛 if you missed it a few weeks ago, you won’t want to miss it again!

A little bit of exciting news…

🥂 SIP + SEA IS EXPANDING! 🥂

The eagle eyed among you may have spotted me or Sam popping in + out of a shop on Queen St recently. We are absolutely over the moon to reveal that later this year we’ll be opening Sip + Sea in the centre of Bude!

Don’t worry, we are not leaving Northcott — this is a (quite frankly mind blowing) second location! We will be operating both sites alongside our amazing team ♥️

If you’d have said this is where we’d be when we started the business in 2022 I wouldn’t have believed you. What started as an idea when we moved to Cornwall has grown into something I couldn’t even have dreamed of. It’s more than the business — it’s the amazing community it has allowed us to be part of too. I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported us + the business over the last 5 years - it means the world.

We are starting work at the new location in the next few days + will share updates as we go along (prepare to watch me stress about dust, paint colours + choosing plants which I’m least likely to kill)!
