I have my air conditioning until keeping your cake cool here.

When you collect your cakes itโ€™s down to you!!
A few guidelines to keep your cakes safe in the heat if youโ€™re collecting this week.

1. Make sure your car is cold, have that air on up full whack before you collect. Put your cake in the footwell.
2. Do NOT leave your cake in the car.
3. Leave your cake in the box, in a cool room. If you have a fan it might be a good idea to have it pointed towards the box.
4. Keep it out of sunlight and heat.

Common sense but Iโ€™ve seen so many disasters involving cake and heat over the last few years (not mine) that the mind boggles sometimes! Itโ€™s pretty obvious butter melts in the heat ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ
