Which seems slightly ridiculous, considering we’ve only just got used to writing 2026.

October brings with it the clocks going back, half term rolling in from the 26th, Halloween waiting at the other end… and apparently, from this week, the weather finally getting the autumn memo 🍁💨🌧️🍂 🤎 🌰 🍄

Something a little different is landing at peckish food residency this Saturday…

Bonita Brazilian BBQ make their debut from 5pm, bringing big Brazilian flavours — and a little taste of the festival food scene — to Drury.

Think slow-braised brisket, pulled pork, spicy coconut chicken and smoked Brazilian sausage, piled onto Batata Bonita loaded fries. Or go all in with the X-Tudo — burger, brisket, sausage, cheese, crispy potato straws…

We’d go crisp l***r with the loaded fries, or a glass of Malbec alongside the brisket. Consider that our contribution to the menu.

And flying the flag behind the bar will be our very own 🇧🇷 — so Brazil is rather well represented.
