☕️❤️ 6 YEARS OF BREW ❤️☕️
Six years ago, I opened the doors to Brew, never really knowing what it would become or just how much it would come to mean to me.
Six years later, I can honestly say it’s become so much more than a coffee shop. It’s become a huge part of my life — and in many ways, it feels like my third child 😂❤️
It’s been hard work, stressful, exhausting and at times completely chaotic… but I wouldn’t change it.
Because somewhere along the way, customers became friends. People who once came in for a coffee became familiar faces I genuinely look forward to seeing. There are conversations, laughs, stories, celebrations, difficult days and everything in between — and I feel incredibly lucky that people choose to share a little part of their lives with us.
I genuinely love working at Brew. I love the people, the chats, the madness, the team, the little moments and that feeling when you look around and realise you’ve created somewhere that people actually enjoy being.
Of course there are days when I question every life choice 😂 but then someone walks through the door, we have a laugh, make a coffee, serve a cake and it all makes sense again.
I’m so incredibly grateful. Grateful that six years ago I took that leap. Grateful for every single person who has supported us. Grateful for every coffee bought, every cake eaten, every recommendation, every review, every chat and every familiar face that has walked through those doors.
And a massive thank you to my amazing team, past and present, who have helped make Brew what it is. ❤️
Six years. 🥹
Six years of coffees. ☕️
Six years of cakes. 🍰
Six years of chaos. 😂
Six years of friendships 👩❤️💋👩
And six years of memories I’ll always be grateful for.
Thank you for making Brew what it is. ❤️
