The Claymore Restaurant is closed this evening due to family and friends celebrating the life of the great man who is Neill Mackinnon, who passed away last week at the age of 94. He built the Claymore restaurant with his own two hands in 1964. Thank you Neil. Your memory will live on for many many years to come.

Hello! We are opening for the season tomorrow (Friday 21st)
Kitchen will be open 5pm-8:30pm until the end of march and then slightly later 9pm in April.
We look forward to seeing you all ☺️

WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE WINTER
A huge thank you to all the hard working staff at the Claymore Restaurant and to all the lovely customers who came through our door in 2024.
Not forgetting our dedicated local shellfish suppliers.
