"It's Not" Hot Pot © so I finally got around to trying this Pan Asian restaurant the other day and it was such a fun and lovely experience.

I've never had a hot pot experience before, so I was a little overwhelmed at first with what to do, but the owner of the restaurant explained everything clearly and then it was plain sailing. It's very much a small plate experience.

You order a hot pot for your table which can host up to 6 people per pot. Then you choose all the sides you'd like to cook in the pot and they get brought to you on a tray next to the table.

The hot pot sits on a cylinder heater on centre of your table. We went for the spicy broth and then went to town with our ingredients!

We got in for 6:30pm and left the restaurant at about 8:40pm, so it was a proper nice evening of cooking and eating! l'I defo be back again”
