New Cut Coffee We are an independent specialist coffee roaster and cafe located on the edge of Bristol’s historic Floating Harbour.

On the 26th June 2026 New Cut Coffee teams up with for an evening of cocktails and ice cream.

Four cocktails. Four homemade gelatos!

We’re keeping things cosy with shared café-style tables and serving, so expect to chat to strangers, swap favourite flavours, and accidentally stay out later than planned. Bring your friends, bring a date, or come solo and make new friends over melted dessert and strong drinks.

Our Bulgarian Princess is leaving us.

Unfortunately, despite our repeated attempts to lock the doors (and border control) Kossi has decided to leave New Cut Coffee.

Frankly, this feels personal.

For years she has blessed us with beauty, talent, comedy, impeccable vibes, and a level of charisma that should be studied by scientists.

We are devastated. Sick, even. Doctors are involved.

But while we’re busy grieving the loss of one of our funniest baristas, Kossi is off to bigger, better, sexier things, and that’s very on-brand for her.

Thank you for every laugh, every chaotic moment, every shift made infinitely better by your presence.

New Cut Coffee without Kossi will technically still exist, but spiritually? Jury’s out.

Go forth and continue being a superstar. We love you, we support you, and we’re incredibly annoyed that you’re leaving.

For one night only on the 3rd June 2026 New Cut Coffee teams up with for a chaotic little evening of cocktails and ice cream.

Our single-origin Colombian from Popayán is beautifully aromatic with soft honey sweetness and citrus brightness with and a clean caramel finish. It’s the kind of coffee that cuts perfectly through milk while still letting the coffee shine. You can also grab a bag off our shelf to try at home (just look for the recognisable Bristol crane on the label 😉)
