Booking in with us remains the same - we still have our forms, which are the easiest and quickest way to request a cake from us, but there are some changes to our payments and our terms of booking:

- All orders now have the option of paying either a 25% deposit or full payment upfront.

- The deposit, or 25% of any full balance paid, is non-refundable.

- We will be closed for collections on Wednesdays and Sundays

- We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice

Our full terms can be found on our website, but are also sent to your once you’ve put in an order request. These terms not only are booking conditions but contain lots of important product information.

Floral Bakes by Alison is a home ran business that specialises in floral buttercream cupcakes and bouquets. All cakes are handmade to order and are perfect for all occasions.

Cakes are available in four standard flavours, and come in various sizes & colours.

We also cater for various dietary requirements such as dairy free, gluten free and vegan.

Based in Longwell Green we are rated 5* Very Good for food hygiene, are allergy trained, & Insured.
