Not one, but 5 years after, we're still celebrating World Paella Day!

How lucky we feel to have lived in Valencia, enjoyed delicious food, fresh ingredients, and learned how to cook paella. And we had the chance to turn that knowledge into a small business in Portishead, bringing authentic paella to the South West.

We are lucky, we have a lot to thank Valencia for ❤️

At the end of August, we catered for Tina and Mike! We forgot to post about it, and we wanted to thank them because they were fantastic hosts and it was a pleasure catering for them.
