Get to know Kaiya, one of our brilliant senior chefs here at Chef’s Table 👩‍🍳

Kaiya joined us when she was just 18 and has now been part of our team for two years.

Since then, she has worked her way onto the mains section, playing an important part in creating the dishes that leave our kitchen each service.

She is hardworking, talented and an absolute pleasure to have as part of the team.

We source all of our scallops from the best

Fresh, high quality produce makes such a difference to every dish, and these scallops are always a favourite with our guests!
