Different soups each day, freshly made inside the van using local and often organic ingredients. A range of organic coffees made from beans roasted in Brighton by Redroaster. tries to trade as ethically as possible. All disposables are compostable and made from renewable or recycled materials, supplied by Vegware, and customers are encouraged to help the environment further by bringing their own c

up to receive a 50p discount. Local produce is used as much as possible for a smaller carbon footprint and organic ingredients are often used. Food wastage is reduced to be as close to zero as possible. Prices:

Soup with bread - £3.00
Large soup with bread - £3.50
(without bread £2.50 or £3 large)

Gluten free option: Swap the bread for rice cakes and hummus. Organic coffees including:

Americano - £1.70
Cappuccino - £2.50
