All our sauces are made from scratch here at Petit pois 😊

Here a classic from French gastronomy: la Bearnaise 🙌

Made with egg yolks, clarified butter, vinegar, tarragon, black pepper, salt and a dash of lemon juice 😋

The perfect dip for our homemade fries 🍟

Local octopus on special from today! 🐙

Due to global warming, octopus are found more and more in UK waters every year, making it a concern for shellfish fisherman as it becomes an invasive species
