Using the most delicious red prawns from off the coast of Spain, we pair it with a tomato vinaigrette foam and strawberry, holy basil jelly to give all vibrancy and colour of the Iberian coast! 💃🏻

We are so excited to see our very own head chef, Sell on professionals fighting for a place in the semi finals, airing at 19:30 on BBC 1 tonight!!

Sell has been working for us for nearly a year and has been such a big influence into where Amari is and going to in the future.

We wish the absolute best of luck for this evening 🔥♥️

Wishing a very Happy International Woman’s Day to the Lady of Amari; Tina.

What a woman you are! You bring sunshine, passion, energy and love to every moment and without you Amari (and my life) would simply not be the wonderful place it is.

Lastly, a massive big up to all the incredible women out there who have helped us on our journey, you know who you are!! 😘😘
