An independent restaurant and wine shop featuring exceptional and carefully sourced wines, twisted classic cocktails and aperitivos, and ingredient-led seasonal dishes bursting with umami flavors. We are working in partnership with local wine merchant The Butlers Wine Cellar to source interesting wines from around the world. We will offer well-selected artisan cheeses, cured meats and fish, gourmet pâtés and terrines, healthy salads, pickled vegetables and preserves. We will provide a friendly and casual place to eat and drink throughout the day or pick up something to take home. We also have a tasting room downstairs for events private parties and meetings.

What a night on Thursday! Our evening was filled with the glorious w**es of Raul Moreno, much laughter and some amazing special dishes paired to perfection.

Good friend **e from Iberian importing specialists Raymond Reynolds Ltd was on hand to talk through the w**es and we even had the lovely Peter Stewart join us on the other side of the bar, taking a well deserved break from 67 Pall Mall London

Raul has a precisely trained palate and a huge hunger for w**e making, this comes through in every glass. The w**es shown were a beautiful expression of Raul’s vision, who is creating some of the region's most exciting w**es.

We still have a couple of bottles left of these limited release allocation! We are closed today but available to buy through our website.

Next Thursday, 1st October,
I will be pouring four w**es from one of Spain's 🇪🇸 new wave of dynamic w**emakers Raul Moreno Yague .

Based in his home region of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, farming rows of vines in the famed Miraflores pago, Raul is producing blends that encompass local grape varieties as well as varieties that he has worked with in Portugal and Australia.

Importer James and I will be on hand to pour four of these eclectic cuvees and talk through Raul's w**emaking journey, which believe me is incredible!

The w**es both white and red all display Raul's style, full of energy, with streaks of salinity that express the Albariza vineyard composition.

We only have a tiny allocation of these w**es, so do not miss the opportunity to taste these amazing w**es while we still have stock.

Our Martini of the Monument: The Hanky Panky (as modeled by Lola).

This fabulously named cocktail was invented in 1903 by Ada ‘Coley’ Coleman at the Savoy Hotel. Ada was the first ever female head bartender at the Savoy and held the position for 23 years!

This fun little number is a take on a sweet martini, or a martinez, and consists of Boat Yard Double Gin, Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino and a cheeky splash of Fernet Branca.

Following on from Paul's recent trip to see one of Spain's exciting new wave of w**emakers, Raul Moreno, Paul and James Hands from Iberian W**e Importers Raymond Reynolds will be pouring his w**es for one fabulous evening.

Raul's w**es are a beautiful expression of his vision for the w**es of his home province, Cadiz in Southern Spain.

Your ticket price includes four glasses of Raul’s w**es across his various styles.

Our A La Carte menu will be available in the evening, priced separately, in addition to some really special Andalusian inspired dishes created by Sam. Eat as much or little as you like with the option of a couple more of Raul’s w**es available to purchase.
