Well… that’s a wrap! 🔨🍻❤️
The pumps are off, the shelves are empty, the last glass has been washed, and the pub is officially packed up and ready to hand over to the builders tomorrow. It feels very strange seeing it like this!
The countdown is now officially on to our Reopening Party on Friday 21st August! 🎉 Join us from 4pm for an afternoon and evening of great entertainment with the brilliant Nathan Anthony – we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
A massive shout-out to our absolutely incredible team, who have grafted their socks off today packing, cleaning, lifting, shifting, and somehow still managing to smile. You really are the best, and we couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️
And to all our wonderful guests… thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, your laughs, your stories, and for making this pub what it is. We’re especially grateful that you all accepted the challenge of helping us drink the cellar dry… although we suspect some of you took that task very seriously! 🍺😂 Mission accomplished!
We’re going to miss seeing your faces while the builders work their magic, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait. We can’t wait to welcome you back through the doors, show off your beautiful new-look pub, pull that first pint, and make even more memories together.
