Fillet o' fish burger
Breaded fresh haddock fillet, homemade tartar sauce, shredded gem lettuce. In a toasted bun and served with fries. Think a posh fish finger sandwich, but without the finger in 😉🤣

Rigatoni alla gricia
Before amatriciana there was alla gricia.
Basically a cacio e peppe with pancetta!
Rigatoni, pancetta, pecorino, black pepper.
(Should be guanciale but same same)

Pizza bismarck
Tomato, fior di latte mozzeralla, ham, mushroom, spinach, egg.

Tomato, mozzeralla, Fajita spiced pulled chicken, pickled shallots, jalapeño, Chipotle mayonnaise.

Mac n cheese bites.
Deep fried breaded homemade mac n cheese bites, confit garlic and paprika mayonnaise.

Pulled pork ragu, roasted butternut squash, creme fraiche. ( a contender for the restaurant menu so feedback would be great. )

King prawns, calamari, fresh mussels, garlic, chilli, white w**e and finsihed with napoli sauce.

Pizza caprese
Pesto and tomato, bocconcini mozzeralla, roasted vine cherry tomatoes, parmesan, basil.

Pork ribs
Braised pork ribs served with sticky jasmine rice, spring onions and coriander.

With the contracts signed suppose ill finally say.

Dough Northowram is ont way.
Well be taking over the site previously known as nanas social dining, 22 smoke house, the queen Vic! 37 Bradford Rd just off shelf roundabout.

The hard work starts now to get it where we'd like it to be for us. Exciting but mainly scary.
Wish us luck!

Saves me dodging the question 60 times a week 😝.

One off the old menu, well two.
Tomato, bocconcini mozzeralla, basil, olive oil.
Or add chorizo for the old chorizo pizza.

Cotoletta di maiale alla milanese
Breaded escallope of pork tenderloin. Served on a saffron risotto, crispy sage.

Deep fried mozzeralla
You know the deal!
Napoili sauce, grated parmesan.

Homemade tiramisu.
Just getting some practice in 😉
