✨ A Beautiful Summer Wedding at Stanford Farm ✨
We were delighted to be back with the wonderful team at Stanford Farm for another glorious summer wedding.
Guests were welcomed with a selection of freshly prepared hot and cold canapés, including honey & mustard sausages, asparagus wrapped in Parma ham, pesto mozzarella & Mediterranean vegetable bruschetta, and the very popular potato croquettes served with sweet chilli dip.
For the wedding breakfast, we served a fresh tomato & mozzarella salad, followed by chicken filled with spinach and Shropshire Blue cheese, alongside carefully prepared children's meals and special dietary options. To finish, guests enjoyed a rich chocolate & salted caramel tart – the perfect end to the meal.
Everything was cooked fresh on-site from our new mobile kitchen, ensuring every dish reached guests at its very best. We were thrilled to receive fantastic feedback both on the day and afterwards from the groom, which always means so much to our team.
