‘Dish of the day’

Each day we will feature a single creation from our chef’s kitchen, available for one day only. It will be seasonal, thoughtfully prepared, and limited in availability.

Today we have ‘Lasagne Bolognese’..

Layers of beef, pork, and pancetta with lots of pasta, served with a green salad - £16

A classic, familiar and comforting favourite.

MORE LOCAL CHEF’S & COOKS WANTED!!! 🍴

Chefs de Partie, Commis, kitchen assistants.. chefs and cooks of all abilities, ages, or training backgrounds.

Even if you’re interested by the industry, have no experience but want to get involved or you’re coming out of retirement and feeling a little rusty but want to get back into it for a few shifts.. get in touch!

We will provide all neccessary training.

We have part time and full time positions available.

We have positions available at The Parlour on Bredy Farm as well as The Parlour Pizzeria - West Bay!

We have a busy season ahead of us and we need a bit more help!
