Supplier Highlight: One of our favourite ways to kick off a meal is with one of 's scallops. Ali is a local scallop diver supplying us with some of the freshest scallops you’ll ever taste.

This is seafood we love cooking with. You’ll spot Ali’s scallops on our specials menu most nights in the summer, and starring as a starter at one of our supper clubs too.

This time next week Andy will be in the kitchen prepping for our last Soulshine Supper club of 2026 (Yes Wednesday suppers and guest chef nights are still on...)

Expect local fish, premium cuts of meat, organic vegetables & some foraged goodness.
