8 years ago today my dad gained his Angel wings.

I'd like to thank each and every one of you, customers old and new for supporting me throughout that time and helping me to keep doing what I do.

To me the Viking will never be the same without him but along with my fantastic team we are giving it our best shot to keep it a place he would be proud of 🥰

So today I will be raising a glass to the man that made me what I am and taught me everything I know.

Papa Summers
Gone but never forgotten.
I love you Dad 💙
