So after a long six weeks, the walking boot is gone. I'm trying my best to walk without crutches to get back to work in a couple weeks. Pain at the moment is extreme and there's a lot of swelling which is to be expected. All in all, a much faster recovery than I anticipated. Here's to getting back to normal very soon 😊

3 weeks post op and I'm still slightly bruised and swollen. I've been in the walking boot for a week and I'm in a lot more pain than when I was in the fixed cast. Recovery has been slow. I have no movement in my toes and hardly any feeling in my foot. I just want to get back to normality now 😢

I used to have nice feet 😂

Today I finally had my surgery. I'm doing OK, hopefully be home soon.

The staff at Musgrove have been incredible, can't thank them enough.

Long road to recovery ahead but with the support of my family, friends and Olly, I'll smash it.
