Front of House Team Member | 25–30 hours per week
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and reliable person to join our Front of House team at The White Willow.
This is a permanent role offering around 25–30 hours per week, with great opportunities to learn, develop and progress for the right person.

🍽️ Front of House service across our restaurant and bar
🍺 Bar work, including serving alcohol

The important bit 👇
We need someone who is fully flexible across daytime, evening and weekend shifts, including key trading dates such as Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.
Our rotas vary from week to week depending on the needs of the business. We’ll always do our best to accommodate regular commitments and reasonable requests where we can, but this role isn’t suitable for someone looking for daytime-only, evening-only or weekend-only hours.
🔞 Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
This is an essential requirement of the role due to regular bar work, serving alcohol and shifts which may occasionally finish later in the evening.
Experience is always welcome but not essential, a great attitude is just as important. We’re looking for someone dependable, great with people and happy working as part of a busy team.
