A Happy Christmas to you all!

With no Tea & Roses window to play with this year I had a little more time to create my Christmas table. With greenery collected from the farm and centres of hyacinths, the displays will keep on growing over the next few weeks.

I’ll be back in January with lots of plans and ideas and until then I wish you all a peaceful New Year. Deb x

AFTERNOON TEA VOUCHERS

We are aware that there are still vouchers outstanding for our lovely Afternoon Teas. We are still offering bookings for Afternoon Teas, Tuesday to Friday 26th August 2022. After this date the coffee shop will be winding down.

Afternoon Tea Bookings will be for VOUCHERS ONLY.

Coffee & Cake Vouchers and Cream Tea Vouchers can be used at anytime up to the 26th August.

If you can’t get in to use your vouchers before then, no worries they still can be used in the shop for the same value.

I’m starting to paint some individual pieces for the holiday barns that we are converting on the farm. I found a couple of bedside tables that were rather tatty and shabby. I gave them a sand to get the old paint off them, then tried out Pemberley Blue Satin Paint, by Annie Sloan. A new self priming paint for indoor woodwork. I’m loving the colour and flat finish! 🙌 Inside I used some botanical prints to line the base of each drawer. Looks great against the ‘Canvas’ Wall Paint.

I’m starting to work on some new display pieces for the Easter shop window. The weather has been so good I have been painting in the barn on the farm. My house is so full of boxes for the holiday barns that i’ve had to move out! 😂 This colour is the lovely Giverney Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan. Today I’ll be hand painting the design on….🙌
