🎉 Happy Birthday to our Landlord, James… although most know him better as “Toppa” ⛳😂

The nickname comes from back in his golfing days, where topping the ball became a bit of a trademark! Some things never leave you… except these days he spends more time topping Deano at pool 🎱 — and somehow still beats him every single time!

If you know James, you’ll know he’s always cleaning something too 🧼😂 We all joke he’s got a touch of OCD, but the place wouldn’t be the same without him keeping everything spot on.

A massive Liverpool fan through and through 🔴 — never misses a match on the telly! ⚽️

Back in the 90s, James spent plenty of time in The Odds enjoying a few swigs with his mates in his younger days… and now, in a full-circle moment, he became the owner after buying the pub in 2023 🍻

From customer to landlord — and still the same great bloke everyone knows and loves.
