Bruce Brymer Ltd Butcher is a family run company established in 1986 by Bruce, Valerie & Gavin Brymer. Originally a fishmonger, it took six weeks to redesign the premises, creating an efficient butchers workshop with an onsite bakery, kitchens and of course our front shop which has become part of the heart of Brechin. Our focus is our Customers & our reputation is for Quality. The best of produce, locally sourced and fresh from the farm, prepared to perfection. Experienced & skilled butchers are on hand for advice, ideas and of course for specific preparation of specialty cuts to suit the Customer's requirements. Come and visit us - there's always a warm welcome in Brymers
