👏Congratulations to 9 year old Liam for topping the 25/26 Outside The Box Fantasy Premier League. ⚽

🎓This is no fluke. Liam and his assistant manager, Grandad Eade, are a tactical force to be reckoned with. Liam also knows lots about international football and we’re looking forward to seeing his World Cup team in July. 🏆

💌 On Saturday we hosted our first Outside The Envelope evening - we had 3 teams racing to complete The Scandal - an escape room in an envelope. Here's a picture of one of the teams.

🙋🏻 So what's on this week at Outside The Box Board Games Cafe?

☕️ We have our regular Chatty Cafe at 12-3pm today - just turn up for a chat and a game!

🚀 On Thursday 21st 6.30pm we are learning to play Arcs - it's fully booked but we can run another upon request.

♟️ On Saturday 23rd we have Under-18s Chess Club at noon - this is a new day & time - please book a space for your young person on our website.

🐈 It's Helen's birthday on Saturday 23rd so please help her celebrate by booking a space on her Dogs & Cats themed evening.

🐉 Finally, we have a repeat of last weekend's Under-18s D&D One Shot Adventure on Sunday 24th at noon. This is perfect for young people who want to give D&D a try

We're very excited to be hosting our first puzzle event - The Scandal!

"A sports photographer has stumbled across a story of match-fixing and blackmail at the Marseille Tennis Championships. A bank of files and documents are being used to threaten a leading tennis star and they need your help to disrupt the plan."

In teams of up to 4, you will each receive a brand new escape room in an envelope. Solve 10 individual puzzles, with clues that will look like authentic, real-world objects.

Will you be able to solve the puzzles to reveal what’s hidden in the online vault before the other team?
