Apologies for the inconvenience today and the delayed opening. The team have done amazing and it’s a shame people like Neil Simpson who left a one star review because we weren’t open at 9am (because of the leak we opened a little later) aren’t a bit more appreciative of the fact issues happen beyond our control. It makes me sad for the team that people are so rude and disrespectful enough to leave a 1 star review just for opening late due to a flood and a leak!!!
