We just want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to every single one of our customers — old and new! 🥰

Whether you’ve been coming to us since we opened, or you’ve only just discovered us, we really do appreciate every visit, every order, every recommendation and every kind word. 🧡

📞 If possible, please give us a phone call for your orders. It really helps us keep things running smoothly, especially when we’re busy.

📱 And excitingly… we’re hopefully working towards having our very own Pop-In Cafe app! 🎉

It’s still a work in progress, but the plan is that very soon you’ll be able to place your orders directly through the app, making ordering from us even easier! 🙌

Just a little note to our lovely customers 💛

We always do our absolute best to make sure every order that leaves Pop-In Cafe is fresh, correct, and up to our usual high standards.

Recently, we’ve had a small increase in refund requests through delivery platforms. While we completely understand that mistakes can occasionally happen, we want to reassure you that every order is carefully checked and securely packaged before it leaves us.

To help protect both our customers and our business, we now take a quick photograph of orders before they are sealed and collected. This helps us ensure everything is correct and gives us a record if any issues are raised.

Once your order has been collected by the delivery driver, we unfortunately don’t have control over delivery times or handling. If there are delays, this can sometimes affect the quality of food on arrival.

If you ever have an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly as well—we’re always happy to help where we can 💬
