And that’s a wrap on our latest Open Casa pop-up!

​When we first dreamt up these monthly gatherings, we simply wanted to open the roastery doors, introduce you to the team, and share some truly wild coffees—from funky co-ferments to complex anaerobic micro-lots, whether brewed over filter or served milky.

​We’ve been absolutely blown away by the turnout. Seeing so many familiar faces returning month after month to taste these crazy lots with us truly means the world.

A massive thank you to every single one of you who popped down to spend your morning with us, to the lovely folks at HOUSE OF BREAD | WEST YORKSHIRE BAKERY for keeping us fueled with the most incredible bakes, and to our wonderful team for bringing this vision to life with so much heart.

​We’re taking a brief pause on the monthly run for now, but we’ll be back before you know it—our next pop-up will be our Christmas special! Keep your eyes peeled here for dates and times as we get closer to the festive season.

Something new and very exciting has landed at our roastery this week—our optical Colour Sorter has officially arrived!

Proper excited to share three brand new micro-lots with you today! It feels like an absolute age since we last dropped any new coffees—between team holidays, green coffee shipping delays, and you lovely lot completely clearing out our shelves, it’s taken a little longer than planned to get these to you.

​If you love filter style coffees, you are in for a real treat:

• ​Edinson Argote (Colombia): SL28 double anaerobic washed from La Quebraditas. Beautifully unique and refreshing with rose, sweet herbal, and mojito vibes.

• ​Jefferson Motta (Colombia): Pink Bourbon natural from Acevedo. Sweet and winey, bursting with notes of white chocolate, grape, and red berries.

• ​Uganda Imbalu (Uganda): Anaerobic natural from Mt. Elgon. Rich and syrupy with blackcurrant and brown sugar notes.

The fourth (and very likely final) Open Casa of the year is here!

​Join us on Friday the 18th from 10am to 1pm for a proper morning out at the roastery. We’re pulling out all the stops to make this one count:

​Top-Tier Bakes: Outrageously delicious local pastries courtesy of the legends at HOUSE OF BREAD | WEST YORKSHIRE BAKERY

​Serious Brews: Silky flat whites and pour-overs featuring some brilliant, super-funky new coffees (details dropping very soon—watch this space).

​The Whole Squad Welcome: Mates, family, kids, and four-legged pals are all invited.

​Since this is almost certainly our last pop-up of the year, don't miss your chance to swing by, meet the team, grab a bag of beans for home, and stuff your face with coffee and pastries.

David’s back on the morning run, delivering freshly roasted beans straight to our fantastic coffee shop partners.

​We hit the road every Thursday for wholesale deliveries, so If you see the van cruising by, give him a wave—he’s fueled entirely by caffeine and good cheer.

​Huge thanks to all our brilliant stockists for keeping the community properly caffeinated.

Proper lush night at Cata X Casa last night—big up everyone who came through.

Proper good seeing so many familiar faces, wholesale partners, and regulars all under one roof.
​Watching the Huila doc was special; seeing the real farmers and producers behind the beans, and how coffee genuinely changes lives, really landed.

We cupped some absolute belters, too—a few of these will be landing on the website very soon, so keep an eye out.

​Jonnie was on the signature drinks using a cold brew made with Henry Bonilla’s coffee, and they went down a treat. Massive shoutout to Holly for putting it all together and asking us to be part of it—she smashed it.

​Banging night all round with good people, proper coffee, beers, and pizza.

What a night at Onward Brews!

​We’ve been working with Rob since the very day he opened .brews , so it only felt right to finally host a proper cupping session in his space. Nathan had a blast showcasing our current range of single origins and micro-lots to such an awesome crowd.

​There’s nothing better than seeing a room full of coffee lovers divided on their favorite cups—because honestly, those healthy debates are what specialty coffee is all about.

​A massive thank you to everyone who came out, tasted along with us, and shared their thoughts, and a huge thanks to Rob for having us. Until the next one! 🙌
