We still keep a handwritten guest book at The Mousetrap, and while reviews might mostly live online these days, there’s something pretty special about someone taking the time to put pen to paper.

We’ve got Stroud Brewery’s Organic Pale Ale on the bar - their flagship 4% organic-certified ale, brewed just down the road from us.
Organic, vegan and rather good.
Michelle’s already done the quality control. 😉
