And so another Solstice comes to pass and the days can only get darker now. Thanks to all who came and all who performed we really do appreciate you all.

as we head deep into summer and our live music program slows down, fly safe everyone, it’s been a lot of hard work, but ultimately across 5 years pretty much to the day since Thomas Headon played we have given our all to deliver live music that hopefully has carried us all through.

and maybe just maybe opened up the ears of Southbourne and beyond…

Nothing summed up our message more and left some love and soul in the walls of The Wight Bear more than Muco yesterday, old, middle and modern English poetry, song and story telling that to be honest will never ever be matched by anything on this shoreline, so proud to have given this moment to the few who came along…

those few left as better people, because of it and that’s all we can do right.

a special shout to Micky Browne this guy is by far the most intelligent musical selector around here, others can pretend to be DJs by formulas, Micky paints as picture quietly opening your mind, proving there are “DJs” and there are the musically well read.
