Soft cardamom bun, airy almond‑paste filling, a cloud of whipped cream — the Swedish semla is basically winter’s way of giving you a hug.
It’s indulgent, nostalgic, and just messy enough to make you feel alive. ☺️
Traditionally eaten before Lent, but honestly… why limit yourself.
