Brand new dishes at The Oaks, Highcliffe 🤩
Goodbyes are never easy – especially when we are saying au revoir to some of the big favourites from the winter menu! But a new season brings with it exciting new flavours and we know you are eagerly looking forward to what the Spring menu has to bring.
The new dishes arrive on Thursday 31st (more on those next week) – but you still have a week to tuck into these winter favourites before they go: tartiflette – cheesy, creamy and utterly delicious; wild mushroom tart – nutty and earthy with a tarragon twist; pheasant sausages with truffle mash – a firm favourite, so rich and flavoursome; lentil and pasta millefeuille – the most delicate and tasty vegan lasagne and, of course, the wonderful poached pear ‘pain perdu’ – tears will flow for sure but something to look forward to next autumn!
