Almond Croissants Now Available

When we started out as a pop-up we were in Parlourmentary and the owner had a nut allergy so as to not accidentally kill him in his our business we didn’t use nuts in any of our bakes.

When I opened Wild & Ginger I chose to carry on not using nuts. I enjoyed the challenge of finding replacement ingredients that tasted just as yummy. But I never managed to find a solution for the almond croissant and we get requests all the time… so from today we are starting to use nuts!!

We have another surprise in store next month too…

Wild & Gingers Christmas opening times!!

We will be taking a little break from 27th until New Year’s Day so all the team can spend time with family and loved ones (so they’ll be fed up with family and loved ones and want to see your faces in Jan to moan about them with you)…

Christmas pre-orders are now also being taken. Last collections on Christmas Eve at 12pm. Pop in and talk to a member of the team or drop us a message with you pre-order

The mince pie production has started!!

Our giant mince pies are back!! As you can see from the video these aren’t your supermarket mass produced mince pies, these are hand made with love.

We make everything from the pastry to the mince meat (which doesn’t contain meat 😋).

🎉 Wild & Ginger just turned 2!

That’s 730 days of butter, sugar, and a concerning amount of flour explosions (and also quite a lot of split milk)…

Thanks for letting us sweeten your days (and occasionally your shirts). Here’s to more wild bakes, gingery laughs, and crumbs everywhere! 💕

Yesterday we had our team celebration did an amazing job of teaching us landscape painting with our fingers!!! We then headed off out for a meal together. 🥰

We are open in the evening to bring you a night filled with pies, delicious sides and pud.

The will be taking-over the bar.
They’ll have a full bar stocked with craft beers, organic wines and some funky cocktails to complement the tasty food menu!
