As The Malcolm Arms continues to develop our food offering and our gastro-pub style of service, we’re looking for new people to join our front-of-house team.

We’re looking for friendly, confident and reliable people who take pride in providing excellent customer service.

You’ll need to be:

• Welcoming and confident when dealing with customers
• Professional and well presented
• Reliable and a strong team player
• Comfortable working in a busy food-led pub
• Willing to learn and maintain high standards of service
• Available to work evenings and weekends

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential for the right person — attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.

We’re working hard to build a strong team and create a fantastic dining experience at The Malcolm Arms, so we’re looking for people who genuinely want to be part of that.
